Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy is issued in accordance with the Saudi Consumer Protection Law, its Executive Regulations, and the directives of the Ministry of Commerce (MoC).

At Sleeping Plaza, satisfaction of our customers is a top priority and meeting your expectations when you receive your purchased products bring ultimate joy to our team. 

If you are not satisfied and wish to return or exchange a product, you have 7 days from the date you receive your product to request a refund or exchange the product for another one of equal or higher value, provided that:

- The product has not been used;

- The original plastic wrapping, seals, and packaging remain intact;

- The product is in its original saleable condition.

Any product that has been opened, used, damaged, or had its protective packaging removed  shall be deemed non-returnable, unless defective.

Refund process, if exist, may vary as follows:

• Refund process may take from 5 to 10 WORKING DAYS

• Refund will be subject to 7% charge fees if payment was processed thru TABBY, TAMARA or ANY other similar facilities.

• Refund will be subject to 1.5% charges fees if payment was processed thru MADA

• Refund will be subject to 3 % charges fees if payment was processed thru VISA

• Refund will be subject to 4.5% charges fees if payment was processed thru MASTER CARD

• Refund will be subject to 5.5 % charges fees if payment was processed thru AMERICAN EXPRESS

Please note that we are unable to accept any request for a refund or exchange in any of the following cases:

• Special orders or personalized products since our items would be custom made for each order.

• return of duvets, pillows and mattresses protectors ,accessories and pillows due to strict hygiene regulations.

• damaged items unless covered by our warranty.

Any request for a refund or an exchange of product must be submitted in writing to cs.sa@sleepingplaza.com within 7 days of receipt of your product.

Sleeping Plaza is not responsible for any shipping charges, taxes or any other fees on returned items and new handlings.

Each order includes ONE (1) free delivery. Any additional delivery request for the same order—due to incorrect measurements, customer request, access issues, or any other reason—shall be chargeable, with a minimum fee of SAR 150.

Free delivery applies only within Riyadh city limits. Deliveries outside Riyadh are subject to transport charges determined by the logistics provider as communicated in advance.

Mattresses are covered by a ten (10) year warranty, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms. The first three (3) years are covered free of charge, provided the defect is manufacturing-related. The remaining seven (7) years are subject to depreciation fees, calculated according to the manufacturer’s depreciation schedule. The terms and conditions of the warranty applies to any defective product. For defective products please review our Warranty Policy.

So that we can handle your return efficiently please:

• Contact us first so that we know to expect your return

• All returns must be made with a tracked delivery service, so that all parties can trace the delivery.

• All returns must be insured.

• Items returned with postage unpaid may not be delivered

• Post it back to us in the original, unused condition of sale
